Margaret was a real estate paralegal prior to becoming actively involved in assisting individuals to buy and sell property. She has owned and operated Kirby Realty Company since 1995.
Margaret has been actively involved in local, state and national REALTOR® associations, having served locally as President, Vice President, Secretary and chaired many committees.
Margaret is a life-long resident of Rowan County, except for several years spent in school, graduating from Kings College in Charlotte, NC, working with the FBI in Washington, D.C., and Charlotte, and eventually   living for 18 months in Nurnberg, Germany.
She is involved in church work at Enon Baptist Church and supports many community activities, including Relay for Life, the Women’s Shelter and West Rowan Bible Teaching Association.
She has one son, Jeff, who assists in the business and is married to Lezlee. Margaret is Grammy to two wonderful grandchildren, Tory and Lindsay.

Cheryl A. McDaniel

Cheryl retired last year from Wachovia Bank after 20 years of service as a lender and investment counselor. Previous employment included several years as a real estate agent in Miami, Florida; a clerk in a prominent Miami law firm; and in the Finance Department for the City of Coral Gables handling all special assessments.
Cheryl is known in the community for her honesty and integrity, and her excellent service traits guide her in all aspects of business. With her background experience, Cheryl is ready to assist you with any of your real estate needs.
She is married to Kevin McDaniel, a Deputy Sheriff with the Rowan County Sheriff’s Department, and she has two daughters in college, Caroline and Kimberly Cruz.

Brenda S. Sutton

Brenda is an energetic, hard-working agent ready to help buyers and sellers in all aspects. She has been licensed since 1991 and has held other jobs but has always enjoyed working with the public.
Her skills do not surpass her jovial personality.
Brenda is married to Thomas Sutton of Food Lion Corporation, and they have 3 sons and 8 grandchildren.
